Refund policy

At Skindepth, we strive to provide high-quality skincare products. However, due to the nature of our products being personal care items, we follow a strict policy to ensure hygiene and safety for all our customers.

  • Returns & Exchanges: We only accept returns or exchanges if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all seals intact.

  • Reporting Period: Any damage or discrepancy must be reported to our support team within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photos and an unboxing video as proof of damage.

  • Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

  • Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it hasn't been dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, gift cards, and opened products are not eligible for return.
